Simple answer! Eating out does not always give you the "get out of FAT jail free card"...your choices DO matter and so will your outcome. If you choose a fatty food that you know is unhealthy (chips, fried foods, white breads, sauces, butter etc) don't expect a six pack by the end of your journey. All you will be left with is a beer belly and love handles with no one to love :(

What kind of healthy foods can you find outside of the grocery store or farmers market??

If you're eating outside of the house with unprepared food (you did not cook and pack in a cooler beforehand), there are many easy healthy choices while eating on the

ROAD- Gas stations

            - Restaurants

             -Local grocery stores

 

AIRPORT-on the Plane

                 -at the concession store

                 -at an airport restaurant

First of congrats on taking the first step to start your transformation and life change.

Nutrition:  Knowing which nutrients and fuel your body needs to preform at its best and give you the best appearance.  A carefully selected diet made for your particular body type and goals will give you a plan of attack

 

Training:  To have the body you desire you need to train like they would.  Put yourself in their shoes...if their shoes hurt you...chances are they hurt the person who's wearing them too! Keep that in mind, you want to look a certain way...there are sacrifices that need to be made and obsticles to jump over.

 

 

It only takes 30 mins of weights followed by 30-40 mins of cardio daily. I take one day off a week to rest, sometimes 2 days depends how busy I am :)
